Our Tennis Star!

Crossroads had a fundraising sausage sizzle last Friday to raise money for Neil. Neil is a member of the Crossroads weekly Drama Program and has been selected to compete in the tennis category as part of the National Special Olympics in 2010 to be held in Adelaide. Approximately $150 was raised on the day from the sausage sizzle lunch, as well as a generous donation made to Neil from MP Stirling Hinchliffe. Money raised will assist the competing athletes with their transport and accommodation costs.

Crossroads (Qld) appreciates the ongoing support from Cr Fiona King and MP Stirling Hinchliffe. We thank the crew from Studio 33 for coming along on the day also. Congratulations to Neil on being selected. That's a great accomplishment and we are all so very proud of our Tennis Star!
